Called to see if a part was in stock and if I could have it installed same-day. The answer was YES and YES. The parts guy was patient, knowledgeable on the phone and in person. Now, the service technician, PRESTON, had me in and out in 10 min. I don't know what else you can ask for in service! He used every southern boy's multi-purpose tool to pop out the old part and replaced it before I knew it! Thanks, PRESTON! I'll be back to see you and the Landmark Morrow team soon!

I purchased my car at the Chamblee location and I complained about a noise that I was hearing on the second day of my purchase, I was told that they couldn’t help me until I reached 1300 miles. That didn’t sit well with me so I brought my car to Morrow location and they assisted me and made me feel like a priority! Big thanks to the team Eddie,Ashley and Lee keep up the great work!! I had to take my truck in for a recall, and Ashley, The service advisor, was amazing. When I got there, she was very attentive, had great energy, and most of all she was able to get me in and out of there the same day. I’m very grateful for Russ & Charlie for staying late to accommodate my needs. They were professional and gave every effort to help me out of a recent purchase that turned out to be a disaster! They were committed to helping me out and I was able to leave the lot in a reliable vehicle. The only reason that I’m not giving 5 stars is because I was informed by finance that I’d be given two oil changes and tire rotations which turned out to be included in the purchase price in the form of a maintenance plan and therefore they were not technically gifted. Other than that, all went well!
